I am annoyed with my current situation and place with my diet. I miss having salads and thinking easy about food.
Had peanut butter, made me sick. Had an apple, didn’t work. Ate a little bit of chocolate..that didn’t work either. I ate a nectarine this morning for brekky…it made my stomach hurt. I had raw onions and capsicum…it made me gasy. I am all blocked up.
Can I just find food that doesn’t make me feel like crap and that doesn’t have to be mashed down and bloody cooked to death. I am just annoyed, becuase I don’t think that I am ever going to be able to kick this stupid thing.
