Overnight Flaxseed Banana Oats
1 serve


1/2 c. oats, old fashioned
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. full fat, or whatever, milk you have
1 small banana cut up
1/2 c. water
1 tsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp flaxseed oil

1. Mix 1/2 c. water, oats, milk and small banana together. Place into a tupperware container and put in fridge over night.
2. In morning dump overnighted oats into a sauce pan and add 1/2 c. water.
3. When cooked top with honey, flaxseed oil and cinnamon. You can also a handful of almonds and/or walnuts if you want.
