Slow Day

For lunch I had tofu spaghetti bolognese…look through lunch recipes, with salad. Homemade garlic, balsamic flaxseed oil dressing, with one block of d. chocolate and 1 nectarine. I was hungry. I actually love’s my most favourite meal of the day.

For an afternoon snack I had a grapefruit and 8 almonds. I ate them more because they were there than anything else and I got hungry again around 4.30pm and had 2TB of oats with 1 tsp of peanut butter and 1/2 tsp of jam. I’s all I could find in the fridge. Tommorow’s focus is on eating when I am only hungry and not because there is good there to shove into my face.

I am off to go to two back to back fitness classes. One is BodyPump and the other yoga. Hopefully I don’t die. Due to the fact that I wont be eating until probably 9pm tonight I decided to have 2 TB of my homemade museli which was pretty good and it tied my over until know. I have to admit, I am exhausted right now..but am going to power through.
