4 big pancakes–I had 2 for brekky and saved the rest
1/3 c. traditional oats
2/3 c. water
2 TB raisins
good sprinkle of cinnamon
1 TB vanilla
1 TB flaxseed oil
1 TB psillium husk
4 egg whites
1/8 c. soy flour
2 tsp. sun flower seed
- Mix the overnight mixture and leave in a tupperware container in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning mix together and add egg whites, soy flour and sunflower seed
- Place into a medium-hot fry pan..non-stick is best.
- Top with maple syrup, honey in my instance. Next time I want to top with mango or berries..yum!
