Dinner than yoga

Well, I am eating dinner at my desk. Bad I know. Am supposed to be eating in a ‘quite and relaxed environement’. However, I need to get going on a bit of eating before working out tonight or I wont be able to make it through the exercise tonight and I don’t want to go home at 8.30 tonight starving.

So it’s cucumbers in 1 1/2 tsp. of flaxseed oil and left over dahl. I reheated it in the microwave (2/3 of it, 1/2 c. of water). Not bad. Then I got hungry and has about 1/2 c. green grapes and 1 apple. I don’t know what has gotten into me these days..but I am craving fruit. At least it’s not chocolate.

Anyways, busy day at work. Looking forward to burning some calories tonight and doing yoga again.
