Nutty Fruity Spelt Oats



1/2 c. rolled spelt
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1 TB raisins

1/2 c. water
2 prunes, chopped
1/2 TB of coconut
1/2 TB of sunflower seeds
1 TB psillium husks
1 tsp ghee
1 TB cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. agave syrup

1. Overnight soak the oats with 1/2 c. of milk and water with raisins
2. In morning add water, prunes, coconut and cinnamon to the pot
3. Cook down over medium-high heat. Spelt takes long and requires more water
4. Top with ghee, sunflower seeds, psilliuym husks, agave syrup
