Minty Sweet Fruit Dip
40-50 serves

1/2 c. of fresh mint
1 lime
2 TB of honey

2- 8oz/250g cream cheese
Pureed mint/lime/honey mixture
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. of brown sugar
2 TB of vanilla
1/2 c. cream
1/2 c. of milk–you could not use cream and do 1 c. of milk

1. In a blender, hand blender or food processor combine the mint, lime and honey.

2. In a large mixing bowl combine all remaining ingredients.

3. Serve with fruit–bananas, rockmellon, pineapple, apples…they are the best.

    Hi Michelle! I saw you posted on Jenna’s blog about Jodi Picoult books… thought I would check out your blog because I am also a JP fan! I have read a lot of her books!

    Then I see that you made this fabulous fruit dip with mint and I think I may have to try it! I have an abundance of mint to use up!! Looks amazing!!
