Let’s just say that I’ve been up since 3:34am. Why? Because I live next door to a house full of American Study Abroad students (I look after them as well in my day job). I love them. However, when they’ve woken me up, for the second time, cause they’re outside screaming and laughing..I’ve had enough. Not a happy camper.
So at 4am I had an apple and 1 tsp of PB. I was hungry. When I am eating healthy I wakeup hungry. Grr. I wanted to eat more due to stress and emotion but I held off. I checked my e-mail, wrote back to people that I needed to write back to. Do you do the same..hold off on writing back to people for a couple of days?
I tried to go back to sleep, but I was too awake. I made a bowl of oats. 1/2 c. oats, 1 c. water, 3/4 banana, 1 TB almonds 1 small tsp. PB. Awesome!
I am also currently drinking the berry ginger tea combo.
I am off to play soccer. We’re Division 4 playing a Division 2 team. OMG I might actually die today.
