Can you believe that it’s already been two weeks..I sure can’t!

17 Sumo Plie Squats
20 lunges–each side
30 Rear Leg Lifts
25 Jumping Jacks
30 Butt Kicks–run in place, but bring your heels to your rear
15 push-ups

It’s to be done three times through!
