Day 17 May 19

I posted on the SJC page…pick your favourite. However, add 5 reps to the ones which I stated.

Sorry I haven’t posted the last three…happy catching up. I think that my endurance is getting better and I am getting stronger..so you’ll see an increased level of reps and challenges. 🙂

Day 18 May 20

25 leg shooters–each side
25 side crunches–each side
20 second hold plank
15 pushups
30 table top straight leg lifts
20 plank jumps-in a plank position jump your knees back and forth towards your chin. Remember to keep your shoulders over your wrists. There’s a tendancy to draw your shoulders back..you need to keep your shoulders over your wrists while your jumping your knees up and back.

Day 20 May 21st

50 jumping jacks
40 plie squat punches
20 wall pushups

wall pushups
50 jumping ropes
30 chair squats
