27 leg shooters
30 second plank
30 Table Top kick backs
20 push ups
30 double crunches
35 bicycle crunches

Day 25 May 26

35 Plie Squats–keep your toes out. This squat is meant to work your inner thigh muscles. If you want a challenge go up on your toes while doing the squat. It’s important to go all the way down and back up..slow and controlled.
