10 Random, Creative ways to spice up your oats.
Mine this morning (picture is terrible..sorry)
1/2 c. oats, 1 granola bar, 1/2 c. apple sauce, 2/3 c. water, 1 small TB of peanut butter.
Oats, PB, coffee (interesting), banana, flax, ginger

Oats w/ warmed strawberries. Topped with walnuts, flax seed and goats cheese–interesting.
1/3 c. of oats w/ tofu pumpkin mousse ( 2TB of tofu blended w/ 1/3 c. of pumpkin) topped with banana and pear pumpkin butter.
1/3 c. oats, 1 banana, 1 TB of coconut and cocoa powder. Top w/ a few drops of coconut extract, yogurt, white chocolate peanut butter (they make this?) and a sprinkling of coconut.–WOW!
1/3 c. oats, 1/2 c. water, 1/3 c. pumpkin puree, small banana, 2 dates, 1 tsp. flax seeds. Top w/ vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin butter.
1/2 c. oats, 3/4 c. water, 1/8 c. almond slices, 1 TB sugar free maple syrup. Top w/ 1/4 c. of vanilla yogurt, 2 TB coconut, 8-10 chocolate chips
1/2 c. oats, 3/4 c. hemp milk (use whatever you’ve got), 2TB ground flaxseed, pecans, dried apricots chopped, pumpkin seeds, 2 scoops of Peanut Butter.
1/2 c. oat bran or oats. Blend down with a hand immersion blender. Let sit. Add a massive handful of spinach. Blend down. Top with banana.
1/2 c. oats, 1/2 c. water, 1/2 c. milk, 1 banana, hazelnuts, the limbs and head of a gingerbread man. How cute!
