You overate, but going back to old habits of feeling guilty, writing ridiculous fitness regimes, obsessing about your WI on Monday because you feel like you have to prove the blog world that you’re actually Transforming your weight down…is silly.
You do feel bloated. You do feel like a failure tonight. Eating food that isn’t promoting your health is not helping you get better.
Just cause it’s there…doesn’t mean you have to eat it.
Just cause you ate it..doesn’t mean you are a worthless human being.
